All the shots of my grandmother’s 90th birthday are finally on flickr. Although I don’t know why anyone would really be interested, here’s the link to the set if you are.
Unfortunately I learned that the flash for the Holga doesn’t carry very far — the Diana’s is much more powerful — so most of the shots I took from across the room (mostly shots of Granny opening her presents) were too dim. But I got a lot of other good ones. People are finally starting to learn not to “pose” around me when I have a camera. (Except that baby’s mother, who apparently had some kind of camera-sensing radar.) I hate posed photos, they tell you absolutely nothing about what kind of day it was or what the person was doing.
