shorter* darrell issa: “ladies should be seen and not heard!”

seen-and-not-heardI’m not saying women are silly bitches who ought to be prevented from doing worthwhile work. Just that in order to protect our national dignity, the First Lady shouldn’t be allowed to do anything more impactful on world politics than cutting roses for visiting dignitaries’ wives, and hosting the White House Easter Egg roll. But only if none of the kids have fag parents!

Issa, of course, was the sterling asshole who voted against federal funds for 9/11 first responders, saying 9/11 was “just a fire”.

Intelligent, outspoken first ladies have always scared insecure Republican men, Eleanor Roosevelt, Betty Ford, Hillary Clinton, and now, Michelle Obama.

Right? I noticed they weren’t so concerned about “transparency” when Laura Bush, a FL who was practically invisible, was in the White House.

This is revenge for Hillary Clinton trying to meddle in men’s affairs with her health plan. The fact that it failed utterly pales next to the fact that she dared to try at all.
