Mini loco moco! I’m pretty proud of this one. I made miniature hamburger patties and used quail eggs and instant gravy (which I think is actually what the Hawaiian diners use, because it tastes pretty familiar). For an idea of scale, compare to the cherries. Those aren’t huge cherries, and there’s no tricked-out perspective involved.
